DO I NEED TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?
It’s totally up to you; you can choose to create an account or simply checkout as a guest.

    How much is shipping?

    Shipping is FREE to anywhere in the world!

    What currency are items listed in?

    All our items are listed in US dollars.

    How long does shipping take?

    Shipping usually take 7-15 working days. Some international orders typically take 2 - 3 weeks. We have strong partnerships with the most reliable carriers to bring you the best offers. FedEx, DHL, USPS, dpd, and APC. Rest assure that your item will be delivered before the expected delivery date.

    My order did not arrive, what do I do?

    If you think that there may be a shipping problem or your package is lost, please send us a message on our contact page.

    What if my tracking number doesnt work?

    International tracking numbers frequently stop updating once a package has left the US. If it has been 4 weeks or more since you received your shipping notification, please contact us.

    What if my item doesn't fit?

    If you have received an item size that is different from what you ordered, please contact us immediately and we will replace it with the correct size. If the size that you ordered doesn’t quite fit right, please let us know what size you would like on our contact page.

     

    DO YOU OFFER RETURNS?

    Most of our items are eligible for our 30-day refund policy. If your product is faulty or damaged, you can send it back to us for a refund or item exchange within 30 days of receiving it. Please note, there is no reimbursement for return shipping.

    Please contact us to be given your Return Merchandise Authorization Number. Please write this on the shipping label.

    • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
    • It must also be in the original packaging.
    • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
    • To be eligible, the item must be faulty or damaged. We do not accept refunds if you change your mind.
    • Sale items are not eligible for refunds. If an item is discounted, it cannot be refunded.  

    WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU TAKE?

    • There offer several ways to pay, including all the usual suspects: we accept Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club, Discover, JCB, American Express and you can also choose to pay with PayPal.

    WILL I HAVE TO PAY ANY DUTIES OR TAXES?

    • Customers may be liable for any customs and import duty, quotas, permits, product restrictions and other local requirements. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. Therefore, we suggest that you check the requirements in your country before placing an order. We will not be liable for any custom or import duties.

    CAN I CHANGE MY MIND OR AMEND MY ORDER ONCE ITS PLACED?

    • Sure! We wouldn’t be human if we didn’t change our minds. Once your order is submitted, we create a 24-hour window so you can make any amendments prior to dispatch. Please email: inf@simplemindset.com within 24 hours of submitting your order to ensure we can catch it in time.

    HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

    • You will receive a tracking number once your order has been fulfilled.
    • For all shipping methods you can track your parcel using the tracking number supplied in your shipping confirmation email and then typing it in our tracking order page.

    CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY ORDER?

    • Absolutely. With so many frames to choose from, the hardest decision is narrowing it down to ‘the one’. Return policy for any online purchase valid for 30 days after receiving your order. Please return the item ‘as new' and in its original packaging. You are also entitled to a refund or replacement if the item is faulty.     HOW DO I KNOW MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?

    • We will send you a separate email as soon as your package has left our warehouse.
